There will be held an improvised WORKSHOP about the freenet in Utrecht.
The freenet is a network of computers holding information which can
be retreived and inserted anonymous. Unlike the WWW the freenet does
not propagate your IP-number along with your requests. Also any
document is being transferred encrypted. Information is not being
stored on fixed places.
The freenet is being used to communicate about things considered illegal.
