 vers gekraakte bedrijfsruimte in amsterdam:
 we (kraakrgroep porsche429) squatted on thursday the 05.04.2007 a beautiful house with the adress weteringschans 79 (first, second and third floor).
 we and other people were observing the house since a long time and so we know that it is empty since longer than a year. there was some movement during the last monthes, but nothing structurell at all. the official (expropriated) owner of the house is "stichting de blauwe reiger monumente" registered at j.j. viottastraat 43, amsterdam. the company owns another 20 houses in amsterdam and is directed by n.b.m. vink (wonend in haringvlietstraat 34,amsterdam) and adrianus ruska (wonend in lauriersgracht 113,1, amsterdam). vink has his own lawyersoffice (vink en partners advocaten) and is chairman of the ajax business associates. ruska owns a car repair shop (autobedrijven totaal) for especially fancy sportcars like porsche in lauriergracht 113.
the story of our house:
the house is "te huur" since more than a year by the real estate company "rappange". in the past it was used by "palthe oberman advocaten".
after the owner didn't succeed to make us 429 through a faked renting contract he made up a new story and says now that the lawyer office was renting the place till 11 month and 2 weeks ago. additional they found suddenly a new renter (riet hill bv) which wants to move in on monday the 16.04.2007. the interesting part is that the faked contract which should make us a 429 was for an "anonieme sanitairsbedrijf" and the new renting contract is for a company called "riet hill bv" which changed several times their business and was surprisingly for a short time also a "sanitairsbedrijf".
legal situation at the momemt:
today around 12 o'clock the neighbourhood cop together with a "deurwaarder" appeart at our house to give us a "dagvarding" for a courtcase tomorrow (13.04.2007) 15:30 at parnassusweg and to declare us 429 at the same time. well since we think that one day is not enough to prepare ourselves for a courtcase we gonna try to postpone it. we also gonna fight the 429 since we know that their was no structurell use of the building since more than a year.
 the name of the deurwaarder in charge is "rippen" which is known for using "hell lock" , this weird company in red suits, as "knokploeg" to evict houses. the same deurwaarder evicted with the help of exactly this company 2005 the utrechtsdwarsstraat 66 - 72.
from all this facts we face an attack on our house within the next week. we will resist and try to keep the house. everybody (who is trustable enough) is welcome to show their solidarity, help us occupying, bring us food, beer and barrication material. and of course you are also very welcome to hang out in front of our door to defend the house of possible threats. as a gift for all this we offer you free food at our peopleskitchen on our 50 squaremeter terasse with few on the gracht all summer long.
