[kraken] 5 nieuwe panden in Bos en Lommer, Amsterdam

Hoi,

Hieronder een berichtje over recente kraakacties in Bos en Lommer.
Twee weken geleden de eerste twee panden. Afgelopen woensdag weer
drie appartementen. Het gaat om de Kolenkitbuurt-Zuid. Hier is een
rigoureuse stadsvernieuwing gepland. De woningen die nu leeg komen
blijven daaom leeg staan of krijgen een kraakwacht.
In de buurt is niet iedereen blij met het platgooien en de
nieuwbouw. Er komt aanmerkelijk minder sociale woningbouw terug en
ook bij die sociale woningen zal de huur fiks hoger zijn dan de
huren van de huidige woningen.
Ook is er bij bewoners van de Kolenkitbuurt onduidelijkheid over en
wantrouwen ten aanzien van de terugkeerregelingen.

Jullie zullen vast nog wel meer te horen krijgen over deze buurt.

Fantastic 5 new squats in Bos en Lommer

Last wednesday morning (Okt. 3rd) we squatted three apartments on
the Blauwvoetstraat 1: ground+first with a cozy secret garden, and
the second and third floor that look on the kanaal and the highway
ring. Blauwvoetstraat is in the Kolenkitbuurt-Zuid, just outside the
ring, south of Bos en Lommerweg. The building, like the entire
Kolenkit-buurt is going to be demolished in a few years to make way
for houses for people of both high and low incomes. Now the area is
100% social rent, inhabited by people of diverse origins, largely
Moroccans.

Rochdale weren't too happy that their empty houses were taken to use
and sent their lackeys to observe the scene. The cops then turned
difficult and stayed on site for ages, threatening to evict us right
away, because the houses have been empty for less than a year.
Eventually they received higher orders not to do anything yet and
left, promising us time till the eviction wave... So our situation
is now uncertain because Rochdale really seems to want us out. We
appreciate your support if we get in a tight spot. In the same
building block, Ernest Staesstraat 49 one ground floor (an old shop
space) was squatted 2 weeks ago, together with another ground floor
on Ernest Staesstraat 1. With all these free people and free spaces
sprouting up here we have plans for some neighbourhood projects such
as social space. pay us a visit if youŽre around. And weŽll keep you
